Serve as primary client contact, from day-to-day coordination to executive status reviews, and advise on trade-offs and priorities across workstreams.
Run integrated plans across concurrent workstreams, holding teams to commitments, unblocking, and escalating as needed.
Manage budgets, forecasts, invoices, and change orders, and price new statements of work.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 7+ years managing custom software delivery and 5+ years on state government programs.
Experience with GIS or location-based applications is a plus, and fluency in agile, predictive, and hybrid delivery.
Strong advisory and communication skills, with comfort using AI tools in daily work.
