Job Description
As a Specialist, CDE & INTX, you will be a member of a 24/7 Market Operation team supporting 2 Exchanges. You will work independently to troubleshoot issues impacting exchanges and clients, and engage cross-functional Coinbase teams for complex resolutions. The role involves deployment testing to ensure production environment integrity.
You would provide both functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and applications. You would field customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, business technology and product schedules, and supply front line support for internal and external investigations.You must coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products and updates, as well as assist with onboarding and ongoing support of clients and vendors. Strategize areas of improvement that align with business objectives and organizational growth in this fast paced environment.
