Role Overview:

• This role is a core pillar of our financial operations and revenue cycle management.
• You'll handle payment posting, secondary claim submission, benefit verification, and patient invoicing.
• We're looking for someone detail-oriented with a patient-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accurate and timely submission of secondary claims and daily payment posting.
• Perform eligibility of benefits verifications and process patient invoices.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure clean claim submission and resolve billing inquiries.
