Own Internal Tools: Take charge of internal tools from initial design discussions to production rollout and ongoing monitoring, ensuring they meet the needs of various internal teams. Build Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and workflows for critical operations such as lab processes, customer service interactions, shipping logistics, and other essential internal functions. Tech Stack Utilization: Primarily utilize TypeScript across the web application, Node/Express backend, and supporting services. Data Management: Design and construct fault-tolerant, HIPAA-compliant services, emphasizing privacy, security, and stability when handling sensitive health information.
