Senior UX Designer LATAM

As a UX Designer on our team, you’ll have the chance to lead impactful Design Sprints, uncover user insights, and craft experiences that transform industries. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of innovators, tackle complex challenges, and turn ideas into intuitive, user-centered solutions. Responsibilities include leading research & discovery, facilitating design sprints, designing for AI Experiences, prototype & test, telling the story, collaborating across functions, supporting experiments, and mentoring & uplift.
