Job Description
Lead the design of end-to-end lifecycle experiences—from pre-purchase discovery to post-purchase subscription management and loyalty engagement—using first principles and behavioral insights to reduce friction, drive conversion, and increase long-term value. Prototype rapidly using tools like Figma, Bolt, Jitter, and Cursor; explore interaction and motion to elevate clarity, craft, and engagement. Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Engineering, Brand, and Customer Care to design cohesive and scalable experiences across the lifecycle. Contribute to and evolve design system—ensuring accessibility, usability, consistency, and brand maturity across every touchpoint. Champion a test-and-learn culture—leveraging A/B testing, user feedback, and product analytics to iterate and optimize. Help define a high-craft, collaborative design culture through mentorship, open critique, and principled design thinking.
