Federal Security Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead federal compliance programs from scoping to delivery, focusing on CMMC, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-171.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Security Analysts with structured coaching and accountability.
• Conduct gap assessments, risk assessments, and build security strategies aligned to federal frameworks.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in federal cybersecurity and GRC with multi-program delivery experience.
• Experience managing waterfall, hybrid, and agile teams; strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and willing to travel up to two weeks per year.
