The Website UX Designer will build medium-fidelity wireframes in Figma that emphasize content hierarchy and usability. Create prototypes that demonstrate interactions and functional logic for handoff to UI designers and developers, ensuring they have clear specifications for design and build. Deliver content-first wireframes—annotated where needed—to show intentional structure, not just placeholders. This role will also support creation of sitemaps and content outlines for new websites and contribute to content priority guides and documentation that ensure UX and content are aligned.
The UX Designer will translate business goals and audience insights into user journeys, flows, and page structures. They will also conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to uncover requirements and align on goals. Create clear, strategic, and actionable UX audits that lead to better user experiences and business outcomes. The designer will partner with design, development, and strategy teams to bring user-first solutions to life and confidently present wireframes, prototypes, and rationale to clients, communicating the value of UX decisions regarding usability, ROI, and business impact.
