• Clean and sanitize all common areas, including the gym, rec room, boot room and front lobby.
• Garbage and recycling collection and removal and floor care, including sweeping prior to using the T-300 floor scrubber.
• Re-fill hand sanitizer stations throughout site, ensuring they never run out and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout shift.
• Regular sweeping and mopping of all floors.
• Stocking of all needed food, beverage and paper supplies as required.

• Assist Maintenance Technicians with routine inspections and minor repairs.
• Perform snow and ice removal around walkways and entrances.
• Assemble, move, and set up furniture and common area layouts.
