Role Overview:

You will own the operational health of MONOPOLY GO!'s live game execution, overseeing systems, teams, and practices.
This role ensures reliable shipping, consistent performance, and rapid response to player and developer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead production strategy across Live Operations, including the LiveOps Calendar, Live Performance, and GameOps Tooling.
Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams to balance priorities and maintain a sustainable release cadence.
Partner with engineering on tooling roadmap to improve efficiency, reliability, and automation.

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in Live Operations or Production within large-scale live service games.
Deep understanding of release management, incident management, and operational governance.
Proven ability to improve production systems through automation, tooling, and process improvements.
