Responsibilities:
- Translate design strategy into tangible UX prototypes and write front-end code to accelerate development cycles.
- Embed deeply within production tools ecosystems, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Editorial teams to optimize workflows.
- Champion intuitive usability for both internal content creators and external public media audiences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a hybrid UX Engineering, Design Technology, or Front-End Development role with a portfolio of user-centered digital systems.
- Proven technical experience translating abstract design concepts into structured front-end development requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, modern JavaScript frameworks, and prototyping software like Figma.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The anticipated salary range for this remote-permitted role is $125,646.49 - $140,046.59 plus benefits.
