Product Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Ship features, fixes, and improvements that make the product better, working with founders, customers, and teammates to solve the most important problems.
• Point a fleet of agents at the biggest problems and guide them through to working software; open a code editor when needed.
• Take ownership by planning projects, addressing bot feedback, jumping into customer channels, and bringing demos to Friday demo day.

About You:

• Own features end-to-end and love hearing from customers; full-stack engineer comfortable shipping V0 frontends and database migrations.
• Comfortable enough in a cloud environment (Google Cloud and Railway) to ship a feature that touches Kubernetes.
• Not afraid to move quickly and break things, but quick to fix them; have shipped production code and owned the outcome.

Not a Good Fit If:

• You need a full spec handed to you before you'll start.
• Your reflex when a decision is unclear is "that's a product decision" and then you wait.
• You're pessimistic about how AI is changing software engineering.

Location & Time Zones:

• Fully remote, open to candidates in AMER time zones.
• One-week sprints with deep focus and async communication, enough overlap to stay aligned.
