What You'll Do:
- Own Discord stewardship, including events, giveaways, and challenges.
- Build and scale contributor recognition and moderator programs.
- Create automations for community listening and sentiment tracking.
What Success Looks Like:
- Discord is widely seen as one of the best AI builder communities.
- A healthy moderator team with clear roles and recognition is in place.
- Community feedback visibly informs product decisions and roadmap.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in community management, with experience running large Discord communities.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and their APIs.
- Personable, self-directed, and comfortable being publicly visible as a company representative.
