Product Design Manager

The Product Design Manager role focuses on enhancing and evolving the company's Photos tool, a key feature used by field teams in the construction technology industry to capture, organize, and manage visual documentation of construction projects. A primary challenge for this role is to integrate reality capture device data — such as 360-degree cameras, drones, and LiDAR — into the platform, delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience that bridges the physical and digital worlds. Responsibilities include leading the design vision and execution for the Photos tool, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers, and designing solutions through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The manager will also manage a small team of Product Designers, distribute tasks, provide design direction, and ensure high-quality delivery. The role requires strong expertise in both mobile and web product design, mastery of modern design tools like Figma, and excellent communication skills.
