HR Service Center Representative

This is a contract to hire, fully remote opportunity. The role involves answering 20–30 inbound calls per day related to leave, disability, and unemployment, providing accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries. Responsibilities include documenting and tracking case information with attention to detail, multitasking between systems while maintaining high-quality customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and compliant support. Prior HR experience is preferred, and a strong interest in an HR career path is required.
