Senior Web Designer

As a Senior Web Designer, you’ll collaborate with an experienced team to create visually compelling, user-centered web experiences that bring Sprout’s brand to life and support key marketing goals. You will design polished, accessible pages and campaign work that reflect our creative vision and drive measurable impact. This role offers opportunities to deepen your expertise within a supportive, high-performing team and play a visible role in shaping the web experiences that move our business forward. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative web experiences that align with business goals and customer needs. You will also evolve library of templates and components to support fast-paced campaign launches without sacrificing brand integrity as well as lead efforts to create accessible, user-centered designs that meet or exceed accessibility standards.
