Prospect, develop and close sales opportunities with both new logos and existing customers in the enterprise TTH segment. Consistently meet and exceed your activity goals to build a fruitful pipeline that will provide consistent quota retirement. Establish deep relationships within your book of business through multi-threading, achieving both executive or VP level and end user engagement.

Be the technical counterparts to our Account Executive team working collaboratively with your peers in a customer facing environment. Serve as product experts within SaaS based applications or social media management. Break down complex topics and make it easily digestible to your audience. Have a natural technical curiosity and can understand the sometimes complex changes and discussions around the network APIs.

Manage customers’ tailored and value-driven implementation experience ensuring customers are set up for success in achieving their business goals. Manage ongoing strategic consulting projects with deliverables that are shared with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives. Level up the social sophistication of our customers as well as our team to meet the ever-changing needs of social media.
