Responsibilities:
- Set technical direction and architectural patterns for infrastructure security in GitLab's FedRAMP environment.
- Own the security posture of the FedRAMP environment as the senior technical voice.
- Lead initiatives from problem framing through delivery, scoping ambiguous work into executable streams.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and FedRAMP.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Go, Python, Ruby) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Track record of leading multi-team initiatives and applying AI to security workflows.
