Senior Manager, Treasury - EMEA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Treasury Analysts in the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with finance, product, settlements, and business teams.
• Drive data-informed decision-making across fiat and crypto treasury operations.

Core Tasks:

• Manage cash flows, loans, interest earnings, and treasury forecasting.
• Execute high-value payments using TMS, payment gateways, and banking partners.
• Conduct detailed analysis and deploy liquidity management tools.

Process Improvement:

• Maintain a collaborative approach to continuous improvement of processes.
• Identify, plan, and implement automations to workflows and system integrations.
• Govern adherence to policies and procedures within Treasury Operations.
