Job Description
Compliance Management:
- Support the Head of Fleet and Fleet Compliance Business Partners.
- Maintain and cleanse the driver and fleet maintenance compliance platform.
- Monitor corrective actions from audits, ensuring timely completion of commitments.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain reports to provide insights into compliance performance.
- Produce monthly vehicle mileage reports and validate data for European KPIs.
- Collate depot performance metrics for monthly reviews.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with Fleet Compliance Business Partners to complete annual audits.
- Act as the primary contact for DVSA and Traffic Commissioner communications.
- Represent the Fleet Compliance department at internal and external meetings as required.
