Software Developer - Engineering Productivity

About the role:

• You will act as a high-leverage technical bridge between Quality and Eng Core, building automated safety nets and engineering telemetry.
• Your customers are our own engineers; you will drive deployment velocity and reduce code-related incidents.

What you will do:

• Design and champion internal Quality Programs with a product-owner mindset.
• Build SDLC observability pipelines and enforce hard metrics like Change Failure Rate and Deployment Frequency.
• Architect Shift-Left Pipeline Gates and engineer synthetic data for safe load testing.

Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of experience in software with proficiency in Python or Go.
• You have built systems that make engineering health visible and measurable.
• You have experience with public cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
