Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee development of cloud-connected SaaS and customer managed single tenant products.
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Recruit, mentor, and coach engineering individual contributors and tech leads.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years industry experience with progressive growth and 4+ years of technical leadership managing teams of 5+ engineers.
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills with a growth mindset.
- Must have Amazon AWS experience (EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, ELB, Lambda) and service/microservices architecture.
