Engineering Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Engineering Operations Specialist to join our Technology team. The successful candidate will work side-by-side with the Director of Engineering Operations to manage Curinos’ tactical day-to-day engineering operations and how they tie into our Tech-wide strategic objectives. This includes designing and implementing process improvements, supporting data-driven decision-making, budgeting and forecasting, and facilitating communication between the Technology team and other business units. This is a highly visible cross-team and cross-functional role focused on alignment and consistency across the Technology organization. Key Responsibilities include supporting the Technology team through communication and coordination with other business units, budget analysis, delivering engineering-wide performance metrics and KPIs, assisting with resource management, driving the facilitation of contractors, and maintaining process documentation. The role also involves identifying opportunities for automation and contributing to the general evolution and improvement of all related internal processes.
