What You'll Own:

• Review hours of livestream footage to identify the most engaging, entertaining, and authentic moments.
• Edit clips into short-form content for paid social advertising and organic channels.
• Create multiple variations of top-performing clips for testing, adding captions, motion graphics, sound effects, zooms, and pacing edits.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years editing short-form social or creator content with a strong portfolio showing high-retention editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• An understanding of paid social creative best practices and an instinct for what makes people stop scrolling.
