Provider Enrollment Specialist

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications and gather supporting documentation.
• Track application status, follow up with payers, and resolve enrollment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate provider records in internal systems and coordinate with teams.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in provider enrollment, payer enrollment, or related healthcare administrative role.
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CAQH, NPI, taxonomy codes, and PECOS.
• Familiarity with Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or other healthcare systems.
• Experience with hospital or multi-specialty provider enrollment.
