Responsibilities:

  • Validate and maintain up-to-date provider enrollment forms and applications.
  • Monitor enrollment progress and update tracking systems per SOPs.
  • Communicate with business development and credentialing teams to ensure timely enrollments.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and 3+ years of provider enrollment experience.
  • Knowledge of health plan enrollment requirements, state regulations, and appeal processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe, CAQH, and IntelliCred.
