Responsibilities:
- Validate and maintain up-to-date provider enrollment forms and applications.
- Monitor enrollment progress and update tracking systems per SOPs.
- Communicate with business development and credentialing teams to ensure timely enrollments.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree and 3+ years of provider enrollment experience.
- Knowledge of health plan enrollment requirements, state regulations, and appeal processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe, CAQH, and IntelliCred.
