Program Management Director

The Director of Program Management will serve as a strategic leader within RealPage’s Engineering Operations organization. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading cross-functional strategic programs from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and business acumen, leadership and people management skills, program and project management expertise, communication and influence abilities, as well as technical and analytical capabilities. Responsibilities include strategic program leadership, portfolio and program management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership and development, risk and change management, and customer-centric execution.
