Role Overview:
- The Senior Subcontracts Manager leads the subcontracting function for DoD and federal civilian programs.
- This role oversees the full lifecycle of subcontract management while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontract lifecycle from solicitation through closeout, including negotiations and administration.
- Lead CPSR audit readiness and maintain procurement policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Develop and monitor Small Business Subcontracting Plans and report performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Requires 7-10 years of federal subcontracting experience with 5+ years in leadership.
- Must have strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and experience with CPSR audits.
