Software Architect

Looking for a passionate and experienced Software Architect to join our team. Main Responsibilities include creating and integrating end-to-end AI agents into our SDLC to accelerate our teams' performance, transforming our work model and training people in this model. Responsibilities also include designing and defending cloud architecture solutions and technically leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the execution of Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps best practices. The role requires participating in the discovery and co-creation of solutions, diving into the technical aspects of existing applications and possible solutions, structuring technical backlogs, and refining stories.

Additional responsibilities include refining architecture designs, developing proofs of concept, and implementing frameworks, components, and modules. You will be tasked with creating and managing the project's technical roadmap, including architectural activities, dependencies between systems, risks, and technical debts, ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements are met, and providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Performing code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables is also expected.
