Environmental Compliance Auditor

AECOM is seeking an Environmental Compliance Auditor for one of our offices in Sacramento, CA. This opportunity can be remote. This role conducts environmental compliance audits in active construction areas, including reviewing reports, permits, and regulatory documents. Prepares audit findings and coordinates with technical teams to ensure environmental commitments are met. Works closely with an interdisciplinary compliance team. Responsibilities include providing oversight and management of compliance with the Authority’s environmental commitments, evaluating high-speed rail for conformance to federal, state, and local regulatory standards, and assisting with the development of findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to ensure continued compliance.
