Audit Management
Financial Reporting & Month-End Close:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.

- Supervise, mentor, and support the accounting team to build a high-performing function.

Audit & Compliance:
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities and prepare schedules and documentation.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance requirements.
- Support regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Global Finance, FP&A, Treasury, and Tax to support accurate reporting.
- Collaborate across regions and time zones in a remote-first, multinational environment.
- Support special projects and process optimization initiatives.
