About the Position:
- The Accounting Manager drives the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- This role runs the monthly close process and partners cross-functionally between finance and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Coordinate and support external audits and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-7 years of progressive experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP systems preferred.
