Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the endorsements process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across accounting operations.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation and posting.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Act as the FinTech liaison for the Accounting team, supporting systems, tools, and integrations.
- Write, build, and optimize NetSuite reports to support accounting and finance visibility.
- Administer and monitor FloQast, including task setup, folder locking, and close monitoring.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in accounting, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Experience with AI tools and platforms including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT.
