Accounting Manager - Month-End Close & Operations - AI/LLM Expertise

Key Accountabilities:

• Own and drive the full month-end close process end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and audit-ready financial results.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities, including bank accounts, payment platforms, and intercompany balances.
• Oversee Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, payment runs, aging management, and vendor reconciliations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience with full ownership of month-end close processes.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge including GAAP, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany accounting.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to automate or enhance finance workflows.
