Annotation Program Manager

About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced Annotation Program Manager to own and scale production annotation operations for computer vision and machine learning.
• You will manage external annotation partners, improve quality, maintain documentation, and ensure high-quality datasets are delivered on schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Own day-to-day management of annotation vendor relationship, including workload planning, throughput monitoring, and SLA management.
• Coordinate annotation batches, scheduling, and delivery timelines across multiple production programs.
• Monitor annotation quality and continuously improve labeling accuracy through structured QA processes.

First 90 Days:

• Take over day-to-day coordination with CloudFactory and own weekly turnaround time reporting.
• Develop expertise in MHEV forklift event labeling and Drone HIL annotation pipeline.
• Audit annotation batches, run inter-annotator agreement analysis, and lead calibration sessions.

Required Technical Skills:

• Annotation vendor management, including onboarding, batch management, SLA tracking, and calibration sessions.
• Python scripting for data preparation, automation, reporting, validation, and API integrations.
• Writing annotation SOPs, taxonomies, and detailed labeling guidelines.
