We are Smart Deal Unit team, we are committed to quick and uncomplicated processing of orders and their realization. SDU Inhouse sub-team specializes in the resale of LAN components. Our team manages a broad range of customer requests—ranging from framework agreements to individual inquiries—covering hardware, software, services, and licenses. We focus on processing and invoicing SAP orders and service contracts. You will process and invoice SAP purchase orders and service contracts, manage configurations using Cisco CCW, including technical configurations and CCW offerings, translate clients’ business needs and strategies into functional and technical system solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and DTAG guidelines to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to DTAG profitability, and provide cost estimations for specific customer solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s portfolio, standards, and strategic principles.
