Role Responsibilities:
- Lead model development for GenAI Security and establish strong ML practices across the organization.
- Partner with ML Infrastructure, Safety, Privacy, and other teams to integrate security models into production workflows.
- Translate security goals into measurable model outcomes and explain risk tradeoffs to partners.
Technical Focus:
- Use modern deep learning architectures like transformers and sequence models for practical security applications.
- Build repeatable MLOps workflows including training pipelines, model lineage, and dashboards.
- Improve model quality through techniques like hard-negative mining, synthetic data, and distillation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building, training, and deploying production ML or deep learning models.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and strong software engineering skills.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, with experience in security or adversarial ML being a plus.
