Job Description

Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of knowledge management systems to enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration as well as customer empowerment related to operational support services. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work with various departments to capture, organize, and disseminate critical knowledge and information across the organization and to our customers, and drive the necessary programs and processes that create a knowledge-center ecosystem for Operations at Omnidian. Responsibilities include managing Slab knowledge for all of Resi Ops teams and managing self-service homeowner-facing FAQ content in Salesforce Service Cloud Knowledge Management System. The role impacts the overall management of knowledge content with a focus on customer experience, data-driven efficacy analysis, and cost savings. The Knowledge Management Analyst will develop and manage knowledge management systems and tools, collaborate with departments to identify knowledge needs, create and maintain documentation, facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, and analyze knowledge gaps. Ensure accurate, consistent, and transparent knowledge management processes.
