Senior Backend Engineer

Miris is looking for a Senior Go Backend Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing a website backend in Go, web application security, and network architecture. This role involves designing APIs for front end web UI and customer use, implementing a full customer-facing webserver backend, including user account security, and conducting code reviews to improve performance. The candidate should also be familiar with building high-traffic web services, microservice architecture, RESTish APIs, and containers. The position is remote and requires being based in North America.
