Job Description
The Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment, with an emphasis on evidence-based mental health methods based on facility curriculum. You will facilitate scheduled groups and document the sessions in our EMR. You will collaborate with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to help develop comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation and treatment.
You will be responsible for delivering appropriate topic to scheduled groups and completing all group notes immediately after leading each group. You will document all services provided in clients' medical record. The role is 100% remote, leading 4-5 psychoeducational groups per day based off of our curriculum library, creating a safe space for patients to learn new skills.
