Dir Software Engineering

The Director Software Engineering is responsible for all development and delivery aspects of the software development life cycle including coding, testing, integration, deployment, delivery automation, support, and monitoring of our product platforms and applications for their department. They advise executive management and provide high level consulting and influence business initiatives. You will manage and carry out the personnel actions for direct reports, including but not limited to hiring and scheduling; training and evaluating; coaching and managing performance; making salary, merit, or other compensation recommendations for team of direct reports; and making recommendations and/or taking corrective or disciplinary action as appropriate. You will lead, inspire, and influence to drive technology solutions that successfully drive and deliver business value. Oversee day to day operations of the Software Development and delivery department, including managing budgets, operational metrics, and product performance. You will coach, mentor, and develop technology leaders using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage leader and team member contribution. Participate in strategic decisions around technologies and processes related to product development and software product.
