Senior Salesforce Developer – Certinia

Role Overview:

• The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Certinia Professional Services Automation platform built natively on Salesforce.
• The role utilizes Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL to automate project management, resource management, and billing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Duties:

• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, and integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, optimize system performance, and create detailed technical documentation.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and provide post-deployment support for troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Qualifications and Environment:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification, Certinia PSA Certification, and 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• The developer must have strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and deep expertise in Certinia PSA configuration and customization.
