Promote and sell BICS as a leading international Messaging Hub, managing messaging relationships and optimizing profitability across selling and buying activities.
Monitor traffic volumes daily, negotiate termination rates, and coordinate fraud management activities with customers and suppliers.
Facilitate cross-selling, ensure proper implementation of commercial relations, and coordinate financial, technical, legal, and administrative matters.
Proactively monitor the health, performance, and throughput of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management (APIM), Event Grid, and Azure Data Factory.
Investigate and resolve integration failures, message bottlenecks, and data synchronization issues using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Actively participate in a 24/7 on-call shift rotation to handle critical P1/P2 production incidents outside standard business hours, with the ability to escalate complex architectural issues to the Lead Engineer.
The Roaming Expert is responsible for managing international roaming commercial activities, roaming coordination, IREG testing, and financial settlement follow-up.
The role acts as the main focal point between customers, roaming partners, clearing houses, and internal teams to ensure smooth roaming operations, successful IOT negotiations, and accurate reconciliation and settlement processes.
Lead bilateral and multilateral negotiations with roaming partners and groups to secure optimal IOT terms IRAs.
