Job Description
Trexo Robotics is seeking a Patient Advocate to represent the company in Australia. In this role, you'll support Trexo's distributor, coordinate with customers, and assist with sales activities. You will help families with the evaluation and onboarding process. Also, you will build support for coverage with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for Trexo devices. The Patient Advocate will gather feedback from customers to improve the programs. The person will attend demos and community events. Moreover, the person will organize marketing activities and raise Trexo awareness at therapy centers. You will also liaise with the marketing and operations teams.
