- Build and manage strategic partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, and IBEW locals.
- Design and execute recruitment and pre-apprenticeship outreach strategies to attract qualified craft candidates.
- Collaborate with operating company leadership to identify workforce gaps and develop targeted pipeline strategies.
Field Leadership & Coaching:
- Provide executive-level coaching and leadership development support to field leaders.
- Design and facilitate customized leadership development workshops for craft professionals.
- Partner with operating company leadership to identify high-potential field talent and build structured advancement pathways.
