Job Description
The Project Manager will join a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing observability practices within the AWS Connect Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform. The focus is on ensuring operational transparency and enabling proactive issue detection by coordinating cross-team efforts and maintaining visibility into project progress.
Responsibilities include facilitating observability discussion sessions, maintaining trackers, providing status updates, creating engaging presentations, driving observability initiatives, and contributing to project coordination activities.
Qualifications include 4+ years of IT project management experience in CCaaS environments, 3+ years managing observability/monitoring projects, experience with IT/cloud-based documentation, proficiency in MS Office Suite, expertise in diagramming tools, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
