Community Outreach & Growth Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Community Outreach & Growth Virtual Assistant to support the growth of an innovation-focused agency, thought leadership platform, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a right-hand partner to the founder, driving outreach, managing engagement, and supporting both digital and in-person community-building efforts. This role involves managing LinkedIn outreach and engagement, assisting with webcast and podcast coordination, planning networking dinners/events, and leveraging AI tools to scale content output. The candidate must be comfortable representing the founder’s personal brand voice, ensuring authenticity in all interactions. Key Responsibilities include managing and executing authentic outreach on LinkedIn, coordinating guest invitations, supporting growth of LinkedIn following and newsletter audience, planning in-person networking dinners, repurposing and distributing content, and monitoring events for participation and networking.
