You will design and execute initiatives that foster engineering excellence across the organization, with a strong focus on leveraging automation and artificial intelligence. You'll also design and support assessment methods to identify our organizational strengths and areas for improvement, developing and optimizing processes to consistently achieve high standards in software delivery, quality, and performance, aligning with industry best practices. Partnering with leaders to equip them with the essential tools, actionable metrics, and appropriate resources they need to excel in their roles. Developing innovative tools and user-friendly dashboards to empower our Tech Excellence vision, driving seamless execution and collaboration across our engineering teams.
