Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers developing complex engineering solutions in support of a long-term customer program, routinely collaborating across a diverse set of technical and business leaders. The Program Chief Engineer will be responsible and accountable for technical performance and the effective utilization of engineering resources on a large scale. The ideal candidate will have expertise across satellites, Electro-Optical payloads, ground systems, space communications, and software development.

As a key member of the enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver high-quality software efficiently. You will achieve this by leveraging industry best practices, innovative processes, and state-of-the-art tools and working closely with Engineering Leaders and individual contributors.
