As a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering - Mail & Messaging, you will oversee the team responsible for designing, building, and scaling the global mail and messaging infrastructure which serves our customer-facing ServiceNow platform. This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS. You will provide technical oversight, define the team’s roadmap, facilitate engineering team autonomy, and support growth of engineers.

The Senior Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to optimize workflows, improve system efficiency, and integrate internal tools.
