Engineering Delivery Lead

As our Engineering Delivery Lead, you'll unlock our delivery potential by helping our crews ship faster, smarter, and with greater impact while preserving the distributed ownership and async-first culture that makes us unique. Working directly with all engineering teams and embedded with crews when needed, you'll focus on the operational excellence that turns great ideas into shipped features. You'll partner with tech leads, PMs, and individual engineers to maintain sharp focus on delivery objectives, own and evolve our project management setup, mentor and support our tech leads and facilitate knowledge sharing between crews. This role embodies significant impact and ownership while being embedded directly with engineering teams.
